At VOY Construction, our legacy is rooted in a strong family tradition. Founded by brothers Paul and Barry Burgard, they were trained by their father in construction and are carrying on his honored tradition. Paul and Barry learned their father’s work ethic, which was instilled in them from a young age and has carried over into the practices and philosophy of VOY Construction.

Barry Burgard began his journey in construction in the early 1980s, gaining extensive experience in both residential and commercial projects. In 2009, he founded VOY Construction, driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to quality.

Paul Burgard started his career as an aircraft mechanic in 1983 but soon found his true calling in construction. With a wealth of experience building homes and commercial projects in Tulsa and surrounding communities, he joined VOY Construction in 2012, bringing invaluable skills and insights to the team.

Sean Ross joined VOY Construction in 2019, starting as a Superintendent and quickly advancing to the role of Project Manager. Sean plays an integral role in VOY Construction’s day-to-day operations and leadership. He will soon graduate with a degree from Oklahoma State University in Mechanical Engineering. Sean will help take VOY Construction into the future as it proudly grows and serves construction needs in Oklahoma.
